What is the effect of feature scaling on Naïve Bayes performance?

Feature scaling has limited effect on Naïve Bayes except for Gaussian NB where distribution parameters depend on scale.

In Gaussian NB, mean and variance estimates are directly affected by feature scaling. However, Multinomial and Bernoulli NB depend on counts or binary presence, making scaling irrelevant. Improper scaling can distort Gaussian likelihoods significantly.
