Distributed Locking with Redlock

Coordinating resource access across multiple server instances.

Uses the Redlock algorithm to ensure mutual exclusion across distributed workers. Python's 'redis-py' combined with a TTL (Time-To-Live) prevents deadlocks if a worker crashes.
