About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own product features end-to-end—from backend services and database architecture to frontend user experiences.

You will work across:

Real-Time Voice & Chat Infrastructure

Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture

AI-Powered Conversational Experiences

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Product Development

Own end-to-end feature development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, maintainable systems.

Backend Engineering

Design and build APIs, data models, and distributed systems; optimize databases; implement caching and background processing.

Frontend Engineering

Build responsive React applications including dashboards, workflow editors, chat interfaces, and admin portals.

Real-Time Systems

Develop WebSocket-based communication systems and optimize low-latency real-time experiences.

Architecture & Scalability

Design scalable SaaS systems, define best practices, and contribute to system design decisions.

Engineering Excellence

Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, CI/CD improvements, and mentoring.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience

Production-grade system ownership experience

Strong backend and frontend expertise

Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures

Strong database design and optimization skills

Experience with real-time systems and async processing

Strong understanding of testing and CI/CD practices

Preferred Qualifications

Real-time communication systems, streaming architectures, voice platforms, event-driven systems

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms, RBAC, enterprise systems

Frontend architecture tools like React Flow, AG Grid, Storybook, data visualization

Conversational AI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, AI workflow systems

Observability, monitoring, performance tuning, distributed system scaling
